Intern – Statistics


Framingham, MA

The Analytics team is seeking a highly motivated intern who will be instrumental in development and application of novel bioinformatics and statistics tools for analysis of molecular data as well as clinical data. Working closely with the disease biology teams on data acquisition, S/he will participate in development of data analysis pipelines and implementation of data driven statistical models of critical biological pathways in a variety of disease areas. The candidate should be a quick learner, extremely flexible and able to adapt to needs of internal collaborators.


  • Statistical and bioinformatics analysis of high-throughput molecular data and clinical data
  • Design and development of analytical projects with clear goals and deliverables
  • Presentation of scientific results internally


  • Enrolled in a Master’s Degree Program in statistics, bioinformatics or related fields
  • Experience in R is required
  • Requires good written and presentation skills in addition to excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment and demonstrate attention to detail and record keeping
